Avanti Pilates is a boutique-style mat pilates studio. Our 50-minute sessions welcome just two
people at a time, creating an intimate space for connection, presence, and growth. All equipment
will be provided for you, and each class is guided by breath, control, and thoughtful sequencing,
allowing you to soften, strengthen, and to create strength from within.

The membership price is per month and it can be canceled with 30 days’ notice.

Studio Guidelines
A quick guide to help you feel prepared and comfortable when joining us in the studio.

Before Class
Classes are open to all levels; no previous experience is needed. Arrive 10 minutes early to class to get into the studio space and feel setup for class.

During Class
Your instructor will cue you to move collectively moving one breath to one movement. All equipment/props will be provided for you (even the yoga mat).

What to Bring
We recommend comfortable fitness attire and some water. Grip socks are mandatory and can be purchased in the studio. You will have an area to set your personal belongings. Come as you are and ready to move together.

Parking
Parking is limited, you may park outside of the garage or in front of the large white sign, if both of these spots are filled, you may park along the curb.

Booking
Prebook your class through our booking platform; Momence. You will need to fill out a new client form and sign the waivers. A drop in is $20 otherwise you may purchase class packs, dropping the rate if you purchase more packs.

Cancellations
If you need to change your class, please do so 24 hours before the class start time to avoid losing your credit, and 12 hours ahead to avoid a $15 late cancellation fee. You can cancel by logging into your account online. If you cancel and someone else takes your spot in class, your credit will be returned to you and your late cancellation fee will be waived.

Discover Strength, Balance, and Mindful Movement in Every Pilates Session
This 50-minute class is where every movement is guided by the breath, control, and
intention. This class blends Pilates foundations with dynamic sequences to sculpt, tone, and burn the whole body. Using Bala accessories for resistance and intensity, a full-body burn that strengthens both body and mind. It is a mindful movement that encourages you to come back to your body, to your breath, and to bridge the connection of the mind to the body through pilates. You will leave feeling a little bit stronger – wanting to turn this practice into your daily ritual.
Bring grippy socks, it is required that you wear grippy socks for every class. Don’t
worry if you do not have grippy socks, we have socks at the studio for purchase.
No previous experience is needed, and all levels are welcome. The equipment will be
provided so you can come as you are. Step in, slow down, and let’s move with purpose and intention.
